In this course we will explore the underlying principles of Yoga Philosophy, it’s history and roots in a practical approach allowing the student to apply these principles in everyday life to better understand themselves and the world around them.
The course will include informal and formal satsang, meditation and mantra. Reading material will be recommended and students will be expected to dedicate some time for personal study although no formal assessment will take place.
The course is suitable for everyone, although would be especially suited to anyone who has a deep love of yoga and wishes to understand more.
Alison graduated as a Yoga Philosophy tutor with YFNI and has been involved on a number of teacher training programmes who has a reputation for “Practical Philosophy”.
Cost: £108 (£54 non-refundable deposit/Six £9 instalments on attendance)
