Yoga Nidra is a technique developed from the ancient Yogic technique of nyasa that allows us to relax consciously. It systematically induces complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. No previous experience is required for this special workshop, so if you would like to RELAX and DE-STRESS just come along with a sleeping bag.
Yoga Nidra has been proven to promote physical, mental and emotional relaxation; it reduces stress, energises the body and promotes wellbeing and healing. It has also been found effective in the treatment of chronic pain.
In this workshop Peter and Alison will guide you through the development of your Sankalpa (resolve) and the systematic principles of Yoga Nidra practice as well as guiding you through two full length Yoga Nidra practices.
